workouts
I find that there are ways to workout 2 sets of muscles at the same time what i mean by this is that while you are doing a barbell curl or a dumbell curl on the way up(curling) you can work your biceps but also on the way down(to starting position)you can also partlially work your triceps by flexing them before you complete your next rep, what i mean by this is when your arms are at your side and you are waiting for your next rep just flex your arm backwards towards the wall for example this way you can get the benefit of working 2 muscles at the same time. The same can also be applied to the bench press what i mean by this is while the bench press works your shoulders and a bit f your bicep you can also work your tricep muscle by when you press the weight away from your body try to straighten out your arms all te way so you can stretch your tricep muscle.
