		<description>Mostly right...  except that part about &quot;tone&quot; and the part about &quot;slowing down the tempo&quot;- the whole &quot;time under tension&quot; thing is not supported by the evidence.  

Lift heavy things often.  That should be the gold standard- compound lifts- improvement every workout and proper execution.</description>
